He sits in cell 12, isolated from everything; he is tortured with electro, water, pain therapies (no normal therapies – brutal ones: he is pushed under water for too long, or strapped to the electric chair, and during pain therapy he is whipped). You can’t fool Dessin, he lets no one near him. His blue eyes scan everything, along with the tattoos and black hair, and his appearance is even more dangerous. He is direct, sarcastic, and mocking, manipulative, and loves to instill fear in others. But he still has something somewhere that makes him human, though he never shows it to anyone and never allows it.
