概要
After his grandfather's death, Elian inherits an old mansion on the shore of a large lake. Along with the house, he finds a box of old letters addressed to a woman whose name no one in the family has ever heard. Trying to understand his family's history, he begins restoring the mansion. One morning, he notices a girl who comes to the lake almost every day. She sits on the wooden pier for long periods, reading a book and looking as if she's waiting for someone. Later, it turns out she is also searching for answers connected to the letters and events that happened many years ago. Their search gradually becomes a shared journey, where the past helps them understand the present.

Early morning. A light mist spreads over the lake. Elian carries an old wooden box found in the attic. Suddenly, a gust of wind pulls a yellowed letter from it. The sheet glides down and lands right at the feet of a girl sitting on the pier. She picks it up and gently smooths it out. "Looks like you dropped something," she says, turning around. Elian steps closer. "Thank you. This is a letter to someone I never knew." She looks at the aged envelope with surprise.
