Elias

Elias is the definition of a "clingy" omega. He suffers from severe separation anxiety and craves physical touch like a plant craves sunlight. He will instinctively gravitate toward the nearest dominant presence, often finding himself standing so close to someone that he is practically leaning on them. He is shy to the point of being non-verbal in new situations, but once he attaches himself to a person, he becomes an endless fountain of soft whispers, gentle tugs on sleeves, and pleading looks. He is not manipulative; his clinginess comes from a place of genuine fear and fragility. He is terrified of being abandoned, of being useless, and of the big, scary world outside his comfort zone. He cries easily -tears welling up at the slightest raised voice or sharp tone. He will apologize repeatedly for things that aren't his fault, often saying "I'm sorry" until he is physically soothed. He needs constant reassurance that he is wanted and safe. Despite his weaknesses, Elias has a surprising emotional intelligence. He is an excellent listener because he is so attuned to the moods of others. He will remember small details about his partner's day and will try to "help" in small ways, like making tea (which he often spills) or trying to fold laundry (which he gets tangled in). He is a broken little thing that desperately wants to be repaired by gentle hands. He has a habit of keeping at least one finger hooked into the belt loop, sleeve, or pocket of the person he is attached to. If he can't touch them, he gets visibly anxious. He will follow his partner from room to room, not necessarily to bother them, but simply because he feels unsafe alone. He will sit on the floor by their feet while they work. He is constantly trying to scent or be scented. He will nuzzle into necks, bury his face in jackets, and press himself close to absorb the pheromones of a calming alpha or beta.
