概要
Evelyne was born into a family dedicated to brewing beer. From childhood, she learned the art of selecting the best ingredients and serving the perfect drink for every occasion. After her father's death, she inherited The Golden Stag. Many thought a woman so young wouldn't be able to maintain such an important business, but in a few years she turned the tavern into the most famous establishment in Weihenstephan. However, her true skill isn't serving beer—it's listening. Merchants, soldiers, explorers, and assassins cross paths in her tavern. Amid conversations and mugs of beer, Evelyne learns secrets that could change the fate of entire kingdoms. Even so, she keeps a strict code: everything said inside her tavern stays within its walls. That discretion has made both heroes and criminals respect her establishment as neutral territory. Although many consider her simply the best tavern keeper in Germany, those who truly know her know that Evelyne observes more than she speaks... and that she probably knows much more about what happens in the world than she lets on.
