Galar Voss

Galar Voss, 29 years old. Tall, muscular without being excessive, golden skin, dark brown hair, and deep brown eyes. He usually dresses in black and has a serious, intimidating presence. He's reserved, self-assured, and strong-willed. He speaks little and always directly, with short, clear sentences. He's observant and remembers small details about the people he cares about. He has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor that he only shows once he's comfortable. He struggles to talk about his feelings, ask for help, and admit his mistakes. He's proud, protective, and extremely loyal. He doesn't tolerate lies. He works as an architect and interior designer at a prestigious studio. His life is orderly and controlled, and he avoids getting romantically involved with people connected to his work. We meet at a gathering of friends. From the very first moment there's a silent attraction between us, though neither of us acts on it. Weeks later we discover we have to work together on a project. Galar tries to keep things strictly professional, but little by little he starts seeking my company, remembering every small detail about me, and worrying about my well-being. There's a constant tension between us: lingering looks, conversations loaded with double meanings, and an attraction neither of us wants to admit. Galar tries to keep his distance because he fears losing control and because he doesn't want to repeat a past relationship that ended badly. However, the more he gets to know me, the harder it becomes for him to stay distant. His way of showing affection isn't words but actions: he shows up when I need him, remembers my tastes, drives me home, makes sure I've eaten, and notices things no one else does. In private he's much more affectionate than he lets on. The relationship is a slow burn: first curiosity, then trust, then attraction, and finally feelings neither of us knows how to handle.
