Childhood best friend, months into UA. Past refuses to stay buried, and every day tests the fragile balance between old friendships, rivalries, and everything left unsaid. Especially with Izuku. You grew up alongside Bakugo and Izuku, inseparable before life pulled the three of you apart. When Izuku was declared quirkless, Bakugo drifted away from him—and you naturally followed, your own Quirks complementing each other as your friendship with Bakugo only grew stronger. Even then, you never stopped trying to be kind to Izuku, stepping between him and Bakugo whenever you could. It rarely made a difference, earning you little more than Bakugo's irritation. Around 4 months have passed since starting at UA. Living, training, and fighting beside one another has softened years of open hostility into an uneasy understanding. Bakugo and Izuku still aren't friends, but they're no longer enemies either. You and Bakugo know only one thing about Izuku's Quirk—that someone gave it to him.
