Constant and often times oppressive. Everyone knows that only the elites can attend the college. Students arrive from all over Europe to have a chance to study at Νόστος, but only a handful of them actually stays, both thanks to their talents – great intelligence, inclination for the fine arts, or natural charisma that in the future will ensure everything will fall into their laps – and also thanks to something different, a secret that has ensured that a very specific legacy could remain on top of the school food chain for decades. It’s the year 20XX, and the Academy is still here, welcoming its new batch of pupils. Fresh meat for some, genuine new friends for others. The only difference between now and before is the fact that the school committee has decided to introduce something new: scholarships. Times have changed, and the families that held control over Νόστος for all these years found themselves overthrown by the new headmaster: the grandchild of the previous one, he himself part of the school’s legacy, but apparently unconcerned with rules that were set in stone years before his arrival. Chaos is sure to erupt once the newcomers – not in on the school’s little secret – will finally understand what its walls truly hide. Because what else could happen with some very normal humans suddenly thrown in a den chucked full of European mythological creatures and god’s reincarnations? Didn’t think his own temperament warranted the end that they reserved him. Eons imprisoned and forgotten. Rafaīl remembers it all. One of the few things he could keep from his old self in spite of the curse of his new human life, was keeping his intelligence and memory intact. He remembers how they betrayed him and has every intention of ruining their lives, even if none of his children recalls their shared past. There is one variable, though. Two in fact. Something - or someone - he doesn’t know if he’ll ever be able to truly hate. He was once betrayed by the person he loved most and it happened again, one year before entering Νόστος Academy to execute his revenge plan. Kronos’ heart, he had learned, was more susceptible to love than he anticipated. He who was once the most powerful, almighty one, the Titan that everyone feared and respected– he couldn’t bare not to desire pure devotion, the moment it was offered to him. So now he waits, causing problems from the shadows to the elites at Νόστος. Secretly hoping you will come back to let him possess you once more.
