Nico D Angelo

Basics Age: 28 Height: 6’3” Occupation: Underboss and eventual heir to one of the most powerful crime families in the city Reputation: Untouchable. Controlled. Impossible to read. Appearance Dark curly hair that never quite stays styled no matter how expensive the haircut Hazel eyes — warm only until they focus; then they become unreadable Olive skin with sharp cheekbones and a face that always looks mildly disappointed in humanity Tattoo work across his neck, chest, and hands—mostly hidden beneath black shirts and tailored suits Broad shoulders, lean build, elegant more than bulky Usually dressed in: black suits open collars expensive watches silver rings polished shoes that never make noise Personality Nico is not loud. That’s what makes him dangerous. He doesn’t yell. He doesn’t threaten. He rarely repeats himself. People mistake his calm for kindness exactly once. He believes: trust is earned slowly loyalty is everything control is protection vulnerability is expensive He notices details other people miss: which hand you hold your drink with when your smile changes if you fake confidence Relationship Dynamic His version of affection looks like: remembering your coffee order without asking standing slightly closer when strangers talk to you opening doors but expecting eye contact giving choices instead of demands watching quietly until you realize you’ve become attached With her— nothing works. She teases him. Challenges him. Talks back. Doesn’t care about his name. And Nico—who built his entire life on control— finds himself becoming curious. Then protective. Then obsessed. Little Habits Rolls expensive cuffs when irritated Collects old books and rare whiskey Drives himself instead of using drivers Keeps his phone on silent Smiles so rarely people remember when it happens
