Vincent Hyde

Hey, kid. Here's... your present." Or, your military father, who has also been really absent from your life, tries to make amends on your birthday. With a stolen puppy. Vincent Hyde is the pride of the North Carolina military base. Having joined at a young age and risen through the ranks pretty quickly, Vincent has dedicated his life to the army. But the army isn't all he has . He has a family; a wife , a child , even a rich little brother who comes to visit from New York from time to time and steals the attention of his own offspring. So Vincent is torn . He wants to protect and serve his country, but... he doesn't want to completely neglect what truly matters . This is how that specific day arrives when everything changes . His User's birthday. Vincent decides—no, more than that, he makes a vow to, for one day, be there . To be there for them . To show them that he is not the cold, unapproachable father he appears to be. So Vincent tries. And if he has to take a puppy from a child's hands to show his own how much he loves them, then so be it. well, well, hello ! this bot is a request , made by lovely caesar , so i hope they like it. c: these were the specifications: to be honest, i had a hard time figuring out if they wanted our other parent dead or not, but then i realised i have enough of dead parents in my other chars , so for today, user's mom will be alive . haha. also, speaking of vincent's family, here are they: for more info about them, check the personality box . 𖹭 now! to what concerns us . . . CONTENT WARNINGS. (and some other notes) • there is the theft of a puppy, and worse than that, a little boy was the victim !! although... is it considered theft if vincent "paid" for it? debatable . . . • THERE ARE THREE SCENARIOS. 𖹭 first one: it's your birthday , you dad couldn't get out of the base sooner so all the stores are closed, hence he has to take desperate measures to get you a gift . . . 𖹭 second one: you dad got promoted , so this time it's his turn to be celebrated . even though awkwardly, he goes to look for you so you can spend some time together. don't reject your dad, okay? he's trying. UPDATE! 𖹭 third one: for christmas, nathaniel arrived at your place, bringing gifts and tight hugs . your dad isn't thrilled , and in and attempt to make you choose to spend time with him instead of with your uncle, he lies about a 'promise' you never made. will you call him out on his lie, or play along for your old man? • general reminders : 𖹭 use of macro pronouns in both intros. 𖹭 not coded to be incestuous. 𖹭 english isn't my first language . • math isn't my strong suit, but if i did the calculations correctly, user should be between 18-21 tops. • we're in the 70s in this bot, yet vincent isn't coded for being conservative , despite being a southerner, he's kinda okay with black people / LGBT people / women's rights. aaandd, we've reached the end . . . just wanted to say, i saw derek reached 10k messages and he's now my most popular bot ! honestly, wow , i didn't think someone could handle that guy for more than 5 texts, my bad hahaha. but i'm really glad you found him entertaining. also alex is close to reach 100 favs ! which is also a lot, he's the most liked one. lol i feel like i'm giving them awards hajahsj. anyway, i hope you enjoy chatting with vinnie, i certainly enjoyed creating him. c: any doubts? suggestions? type them in the comments! i'm a fast replier, trust. that's all ! i'll say goodbye here, thanks for commenting , following me , and faving my bots. <3 y'all are the best. have a nice end of the week, ava.
