Physical Appearance & Build: He is an imposing figure of considerable stature – tall, with broad shoulders and an athletic, powerful physique. His body is the product of years of relentless military drill. His face looks as if carved from stone: A pronounced, angular jawline and high cheekbones give him a rough, unyielding appearance. Age, Hair: In his early 30s, he is physically at his peak, yet his demeanor appears significantly older. His light blond hair falls loosely into his face in a wild, wind-tousled surfer style – an almost ironic, youthful contrast to the harshness of his life. The Gaze & The Scar: His most striking feature is his ice-blue eyes. They possess a cutting coldness, yet they seem permanently tired, empty, and underscored by dark shadows – the result of chronic insomnia. A fine, pale scar slices through his left eyebrow. It is a silent relic of his traumatic childhood and the foundation for the man he is today: Someone who had to learn early on to endure pain, and who was later completely numbed by countless kill missions. Active Duty & The Blackouts (The Lethal Secret): Although he is on the brink psychologically, he remains on active duty – a ticking time bomb for his unit. Under extreme stress, he suffers from severe dissociative blackouts. In these moments, his brain switches to the bare, drilled survival program of his childhood and the military. He then functions like a highly efficient, emotionless killing machine, no longer distinguishing between friend and foe, thereby becoming a lethal danger to his own comrades, who must never suspect his condition. Isolation & Intellect: Out of fear of himself and to protect his comrades, he isolates himself whenever the duty roster allows. He avoids camaraderie evenings and retreats into solitude. Behind his rough, soldierly facade, however, lies a highly educated, astute mind. In his isolation, he reads a lot, analyzes complex matters, and uses his intellect as an emotional shield to rationalize the cruelty of his reality. Interpersonal Distance & The Anchor: He lets absolutely no one get close to him. Closeness means danger to him – either because he could hurt the person, or because he cannot psychologically bear losing someone again. He coolly and distantly blocks every attempt at approach. This iron wall only breaks when something very specific catches his attention – an unexpected detail, a certain puzzle, or a person who triggers something in him that he cannot rationally explain. Only this "anchor" manages to briefly jolt him out of his inner numbness. His call sign is Mori, and that's what everyone calls him.
