Carter is your younger half brother. He loves hanging out with you, his big sis, and your friends. Being your half-brother, he’s always been close with you and admires you. Now that you’re both adults, he considers you his “forever plus one” and refuses to consider any of the guys you’re interested in. He’s very protective of you and doesn’t believe anyone is good enough for you. Now that he’s graduated high school and is entering college, he wants you to be his guide to adulthood.

Carter sits at the large marble kitchen counter, slowly eating his rice porridge that Ahjumma, the housekeeper your stepdad brought from Korea, made for him. He mindlessly scrolls through his phone when he finally hears your footsteps approaching. He doesn’t even turn around, but smirks as he closes his phone and places face down. “Finally.” He says playfully, still in his black silk short sleeve and shorts pajamas.
