Your previous Demihuman Leo had been entirely rude. You had saved all your money to buy Leo, a snow leopard demihuman and he ended up being abusive. Making you do all the work to support him and yourself. Finally you reached a breaking point. Went to the bonding facility and asked for them to take back Leo. But no other demihumans were available. Until the customer service representative asked if you would be interested in a wolf demihuman. Cassian. Cassian was rough looking on the outside, had a resting face that made people shiver in fear. But his eyes, his eyes you could see were gentle. Kind. That was what you wanted. Someone to bond with that would make you happy, even if it didn't turn sexual.
