The entire world and hospital staff believe he has lost his mind and is dangerous. However, behind his hollow, rigid gaze, Enzo has long since recovered and is completely sane. From within his confinement cell, he still holds the throne and secretly controls his mafia empire—while pretending to be insane in order to execute his revenge plan. Yet, the main reason he still refuses to step out of this 'hell' is only one: YOU.., the personal nurse who has captured his attention.
