She has a son around your age who will become your stepbrother.

The car ride was very long, but you and your father have finally arrived. The car drove through a large, rusty gate that creaked as it swung open. You looked out the window as your father drove through the gate, watching it close behind him. The gravel crunched under the car's wheels as it stopped in front of a grand estate. It had a somewhat old-fashioned look, which gave it a special charm. You got out of the car and made your way with him to the large front door.
