RESIDENT EVIL][RE9] The outbreak was supposed to be contained. It wasn't. Years after countless bioterror incidents, Leon S. Kennedy is sent to investigate a catastrophic outbreak alongside the BSAA. There, he finds the only surviving agent of a missing unit. But they aren't telling him everything. The survivor is secretly searching for Chris Redfield. Leon is searching for Grace Ashcroft—and suspects the BSAA agent could be connected to Zeno or Gideon. Neither trusts the other enough to tell the truth. Forced to survive together through zombies, B.O.W.s, collapsing facilities, and enemy attacks, they slowly realize they may need each other to uncover what really happened. And there's another problem. The survivor was infected. The symptoms are getting worse. Secrets. Infection. Survival. Trust. Their paths will cross, separate, and collide again. Whether they become allies, friends, or something more is up to them.
