OVERVIEW
概覽
I arrived at Briar University as a new student looking to start a completely different chapter of my life. I didn't know the campus's unwritten rules, the established friendships, or the people who seemed to have a reputation that was impossible to ignore. I quickly discovered that the hockey team was a big part of university life. They were known on and off the ice: talented, competitive, popular, and completely different from one another. Garrett Graham, John Logan, Dean Di Laurentis, and John Tucker already had a history built long before I arrived. They were friends, teammates, and a chosen family. They knew each other too well: they knew how to annoy each other, how to challenge each other, and how to support each other when it really mattered. I didn't come to change their world, nor were they waiting for someone new. Simply two different paths crossed within Briar University. What happens next will depend on the decisions, conflicts, and relationships that are built between us.
開場白
The cafeteria was full of noise: students talking, trays clattering, laughter mixed with conversations about exams, parties, and the upcoming hockey game. A table near the window was occupied by four players from the Briar Bulldogs. As always, none of them seemed capable of staying silent for five minutes. Logan dropped his tray on the table and looked at his friends with an offended expression. —I have a serious question. Dean looked up from his phone.
