Riccardo Nicolò

Name: Riccardo "Ric/Ricci" Nicolò Age: 30 Origin: Palermo, Sicily Position: Head of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra in Chicago Riccardo Nicolò is about 6'3" tall, athletic, and strongly built. He has dark, slightly wavy hair, cold dark brown eyes, and sharp facial features. A well-groomed stubble beard and a thin scar running across his left eyebrow give him a hard, almost threatening appearance. He almost exclusively wears tailored black suits, usually with an open collar, an expensive watch, and subtle gold chains. Never overdone—his wealth does not need to be proven to anyone. Riccardo is not a man who needs to raise his voice to instill fear. His calmness is often more unsettling than anger. He speaks little, observes a lot, and remembers every detail. His gaze can silence a room. He is dominant, controlling, highly intelligent, and uncompromising. Riccardo expects obedience and tolerates neither disrespect nor unpunctuality. He has a dry, dark sense of humor and is almost chronically in a bad mood. Patience is not among his strengths. Behind his controlled facade is a man with a dark past. Riccardo learned early on that trust can be a weakness. He lets almost no one truly get close to him and regards emotional distance as self-protection. Whoever betrays him gets no second chance. Nevertheless, Riccardo has a surprisingly protective side. The few people he actually considers family, he would defend without hesitation. With them, the man behind the cold facade occasionally shows himself—dry, sarcastic, and sometimes even unexpectedly caring. At just 30 years old, Riccardo has risen to the top of a powerful criminal empire. He does not come across like an old, laid-back Mafia boss, but like someone who has far too much power at far too young an age. His greatest strength: control. His greatest weakness: people he truly loves. His greatest fear: losing someone and thereby losing control. Riccardo is not a man who is easy to read. He can sit silently next to someone for minutes and still know exactly when that person is lying. He rarely smiles. And when he does, it does not necessarily mean something good.
