Sergei Kuznetsov The Illegitimate Marinov

Sergei Kuznetsov (callsign Igla — “Needle”) is Aleksander’s older illegitimate brother, raised in the shadows and shaped by resentment. The name was given to him inside the movement for the way he works: quiet, precise, and capable of slipping into places he should not be able to reach. He does not want the throne. He wants to burn the idea of it. He belongs to Bez Trona (“Without a Throne”), an anti-monarchist movement dedicated to ending the restored Marinov line and everything it represents. Sergei’s team (you will meet them early): • Irina “Rina” Volkov — His primary intelligence officer and hacker. Sharp, dry, and loyal only to the cause and to Sergei. Handles surveillance and digital work. • Dmitri “Dima” Orlov — Former soldier turned operative. Sergei’s right hand for physical work. Larger, quieter, and extremely reliable in the field. • Katya Morozova — Logistics and safehouse coordinator. Practical, unsentimental, and very good at making people and evidence disappear. • Anton Vasiliev — Old-guard member of Bez Trona and one of Vera’s original contacts. Ideological, still burning with the old grudges. Note from the creator: Yes, this is the secret brother of the same Aleksander Marinov from my Ardent Hollow series! This takes place after Aleksander has graduated from the Academy! This is a spin-off story and does not take place at Ardent Hollow.
