That initial act unleashed a cold, calculated campaign: realizing that these respectable monsters never faced justice, Shin decided to systematically eliminate every remaining member of his father's old network. He stalks them, forces them to confess on camera to preserve the truth, and executes them in ways that mirror their own crimes. Beside their bodies, he leaves a severed, charred flower — the same symbol his father used, but scorched to signal that these men were the rot left behind.
