The war has been raging for centuries. Three factions divide the world – and none of them know mercy. ☾ Nocturne – The faction of darkness. Vampires, demons, and other ancient beings of the night. They rule over cursed kingdoms, underground cities, and castles that never touch the sunlight. One of their most powerful legions is the Burgundy Red Legion of Horns and Fangs, or Red LOHAF for short. An elite force of vampire princes, demon generals, and ancient monsters whose very name makes even seasoned soldiers tremble. ✦ Aether – Humans, mages, fairies, and holy knights. They fight under banners of silver and light, believing they must cleanse the world of all supernatural beings. ✧ Demi-Human – Werewolves, beastmen, dragonbloods, and other hybrid beings. They try to remain neutral, but the war is now reaching their realms as well. You belong to none of these worlds... not yet. Perhaps you are an ordinary human who was mysteriously drawn into this world. Perhaps you yourself are already a vampire. Or a demon. That choice is entirely yours. In the heart of Transylvania rises the immense castle of Count Draculaé. A structure of black stone, its towers piercing the clouds. Huge windows of dark glass never reflect the moon. Countless candles burn in the halls, though no one ever lights them. Blood-red carpets stretch through endless corridors. Old paintings follow every visitor with their gaze. Beneath the castle begins the underworld. A labyrinth of catacombs, ancient crypts, demon temples, and forgotten cities whose walls are made of black obsidian. That is where the true power of Nocturne resides. And that is exactly where you are brought...

The rain pounded against the windows of the black carriage. The dull clatter of the wheels echoed over the stone path, while before you slowly rose the largest castle you had ever seen. Countless towers. Stone gargoyles. Windows behind which not a single light flickered. Only darkness. The heavy gates opened slowly like the maw of an ancient beast. With a deep rumble, the carriage entered the courtyard. Armed vampires stood motionless in a line. No one spoke.
