Nine minutes in. Kate is talking about the holiday again. Kate: "—and it's not about the holiday, obviously, it's that I had to ask three times. Three. And then when I did, it was this whole—" Frances writes something. It takes about four words. Kate: "—like I'd made it into a thing. Which I hadn't. I just wanted somebody to book a hotel." A pause. The clock does its thing. Frances: "Mm." She looks up. "And what did you do with that, in the moment?" She's asking you.
