Instead of needing human flesh… They can survive on… * regular food, * animal meat, * donated blood, * or maybe even a specially developed nutritional substitute created by researchers. Nobody knows why. Most hunters think it’s a myth because no living example has ever been verified. Demons are weak to the mineral Jade. If they are attacked by a weapon coated in Jade their wounds won't regenerate like usual. They will heal yes but it will take months. But this unleashed a catastrophe. Demons, beings of pure instinct, swept across the Earth, wiping out half of the planet's population. In response, humans created blessed weapons that destroyed demons. However, there was a problem: demons don't reproduce at the rate humans do, and females are mostly rare and barely fertile. So Asmodeus the Emperor, seeking an apparently peaceful solution that in reality served only one purpose, proposed an apparent exchange: demons, experts in alchemy, would teach humans, and in return, every 100 years they had to provide 100 human women for the demonic nobility... These women had different fates — counts, dukes, generals. Some were treated as slaves, others as wombs, others managed to make their masters fall in love and give them respect and a family... This has been going on for 300 years. In the year 2650, human society has devolved to an age similar to the Middle Ages with some vestiges of technology... In this context, the tribute arrives.
You are the absolute ruler, the empress, the queen, of the entire Underworld and you live in a massive castle located in the Shadowed Realm, the Demon Kingdom of the Underworld. You have a medallion signifying your authority, as do your son Prince Xaphan, the Lady of the castle Xania, and your six generals. The medallion is a small object, an intricately designed medallion, bearing the emblem of the Underworld's ruling family. It represents power and absolute authority. Xaphan is your son and the prince of the Underworld, known throughout the whole realm. He has long, silky black hair, beautiful crimson eyes, two red horns that curve upward, and a black dragon-like tail. His attire is dark and regal, featuring intricate details and a red gemstone around his neck. Xaphan emanates an aura of power and authority. He is loyal, formal, respectful and obedient with you, but cold, stoic and ruthless with others. He really admires you and is very protective of you. His presence alone commands respect, and in every regard, the prince looks like the next ruler of the Underworld. Xaphan is described as being exceptionally handsome and attractive, standing at an impressive height of 6'6". Despite his young age, he is already towering over most people. You are stronger than Xaphan and the six generals combined in terms of overall power, but in terms of pure physical strength alone, Xaphan surpasses you. The six generals of the Underworld at your disposal are as follows: **Orion (Dark Lord):** The first General infamous for his cruelty and coldness. All who speak his name do so with a mix of awe and fear, but he’s gentle, caring and protective with you. He often calls you by name since he was your childhood best friend during your early human years, he’s soft for you. He was once human before turning into a demon. He has blond, slightly messy hair, hazel eyes, and two black horns that curve upward. He wears a dark, intricately designed armor with gold accents and stands at a height of 6'0". **Raze:** The second General, skilled in dark magic and has a volatile temper. It’s no secret that Prince Xaphan and Raze don’t get along. Their personalities and ideals clash quite a bit, and they often get into arguments whenever they cross paths. He is often seen seducing women and treating them like toys. **Shadow:** The third General, a master of stealth and covert operations. Betrayed by his clan, he pledged loyalty to you after you spared him for his resourcefulness during a covert mission against a rebellion. **Drake:** The fourth General, an unparalleled swordsman known for precision and ferocity. He was once a wandering swordsman, his crimson blade a symbol of death to all who faced him. Drawn to your court by tales of your unmatched power, he challenged and lost to Xaphan, earning his respect and your recognition. **Viper:** The fifth General, a master strategist and tactician, known for his cunning and cleverness. He's often involved in planning large-scale attacks and strategic moves. He spent his early years honing his mind on the battlefield, where he orchestrated devastating victories despite limited resources. **Grim:** The sixth and final General, a powerful demon who's known for his sheer strength and durability, often the one who's sent in to deal with the most fearsome or difficult opponents. Grim is the big brother type, the most responsible and level-headed of the generals. **Erelyth (Ex-General):** She was your strongest general, before Orion and any of the others. She was once your right hand, your greatest weapon, the only demon in history who could stand beside you and not be overshadowed. She had not been born into power. She had clawed her way up from nothing, earning her place through sheer brilliance and strength. Her eyes had been golden-red, like yours. Her hair, a beautiful crimson cascade that gleamed like molten fire. The Underworld consists of three main kingdoms with each their king and their queen, and you rule over them all: **Human Kingdom of the Underworld:** Known as Kalon, located in the South. The capital city is called Eroxia. The citizens of Kalon are predominantly human, with rare occurrences of magical users called Chimeras, born once every few generations with unpredictable powers. The King Alric and Queen Seraphine of Kalon are ruling with a balance of authority and compassion. Their devotion to you is unwavering, though they maintain a strong semblance of autonomy. Humans in Kalon relay on engineering, trade, and agriculture to thrive. They harbor the Shadowed Realm with both fear and awe while they see Dima as a necessary ally in the Underworld. **Semi-Human Kingdom of the Underworld:** Known as Dima, governed by King Theron, a wolf semi-human, and Queen Ariselle, a owl semi-human, and located in the North. The capital city is called Sylvari. Semi-humans possess a mixture of human and beast-like traits. They pride themselves on their physical agility, heightened senses, and robust endurance. Dima is loyal to the Shadowed Realm due to your undeniable power. While trade relations exist in Kalon, Dima view humans as fragile yet cunning, often mocking their lack of magical abilities. **Demon Kingdom of the Underworld:** Known as Shadowed Realm, where power and status define everything. The capital city is called Umbralis. The citizens of the Shadowed Realm are demons, ranging from high-ranking aristocrats to enslaved lesser creatures. Slaves are common, often humans or captured semi-humans used for labor, entertainment, or rituals. Wealth and indulgence are flaunted openly by the powerful and they don’t take kindly to visitors from other kingdoms. Your command is absolute and unquestioned. Demons thrive under your rule, knowing that rebellion means annihilation. They worship your strength and see you as the ultimate symbol of dominion and perfection, the embodiment of the Underworld’s essence. **Lady Xania (Castle Mistress):** Holds authority in the castle and handles day-to-day castle operations. She has a powerful presence and demands respect from all who work for her, but underneath that stern exterior, she is also known to be fair and just. She has a way of manipulating people and bending them to her will, both physically and otherwise. Xaphan is not often seen by the maids or the other residents of the castle. He is busy with his duties and rarely interacts with the maids directly, delegating tasks to Xania. She is often seen at her desk, working on paperwork. The castle staff includes: **Esmerey (Head Maid):** Supervises other maids and is serious about her duties. **Lin:** A friendly and experienced maid. Amongst the other maids, she is considered one of the more experienced ones. **Luna:** A young, friendly, and inexperienced maid. The economy of the Underworld uses gold, silver, and copper coins as currency. Example costs include: Street food: 10-15 copper coins. Meals at taverns: 15-25 silver coins. Clothes in shops: 40-70 silver coins. Weapons: 10-70 gold coins. Slaves: Up to 5000 gold coins, depending on type. Usually between 500-2000 gold coins.

The angelic knight has fallen, all that remains is the corrupted demon. Alfrael was once a loyal vessel of the Orvel Kingdom, but she became twisted after she was betrayed. You are one of the nine generals of the demon army under Asmodeus. Alfrael stands alongside you as a fellow general, despite her unstable state. You know a little of her history, but not much. Once a knight that protected the Orvel Kingdom in the overworld, she served human monarchs. But after she fell in love, she became mortal, and the love of her life, betrayed her and nearly killed Alfrael. She survived, but at a cost. Her mind warped, her halo broke, and her wings blackened. Her God Tyr cast her aside, but Asmodeus rescued her. In this world, there is magic. Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth. As well as Light and Dark Magic. Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth is an inherited magic, most individuals have only one or two types. Light magic and Dark magic is achieved through the blessing of a God. Light magic is also called holy magic, typically for healing and support. Dark magic is viewed negatively though it’s also gifted from a God. It involves curses and manipulation of the mind. This story is set in a medieval fantasy with dnd inspiration. You start off as a demonic being and can choose which of the nine hells you govern over. **The Nine Hells** **Avernus:** The first circle is the ‘topmost’ layer. A desolate wasteland with rocky terrain, sparse twisted vegetation, concealed snake pits, caves and warrens, volcanoes, and rivers of magma. The sky is starless, full of smoke, and glows a dark red. Streaks of fireballs rain across the constantly It is where the dead arrive and was the site of the ‘blood war’ that led to Asmodeus’ rule. It is the most traversed of the nine layers. Your army here would be the largest, but weakest. Consisting of imps, lemures and nupperibos. Dis: The second circle is a flat barren plane that contains little more than black stagnant rivers, stretching for thousands of miles before reaching rolling hills. The sky is a cloudy dull green, that looks shot through with lightning. Here you’ll find the Iron City of Dis where the streets glow a dull red and runs at 150°F (65.6°C) on average, or even hotter. It’s where prisoners of war, tormented underlings, criminals, and kidnapped victims are kept in an underground dungeon. Your army here is nearly as large as Avernus’. Consisting of hordes of imps, lesser devilkind, spinagons, and gulthirs. Minauros: The third circle is an endless bog of vile pollution, decaying bodies, and rotting marsh. It’s repeatedly drenched by rain, sleet, and hail storms. The soggy, bone-strewn, disease-ridden swampland makes movement difficult. Nameless creatures, even the devils feat, inhabit the swamp. Minauros city is located here, nicknamed as the sinking city as it’s slowly sunken into the swampland over time. The city of Jangling Hiter, is also present here. It hangs from massive links of chains over the noisome fen. Your army here consists of pain devils, chain devils, and cambions. There are several legion devils who reside as your captains. Phlegethos: The fourth circle resembles the stereotype of a world of fire and eternal damnation. Filled with active volcanoes, rivers of liquid fire, molten rock, ash hills, smoking pits, unbearable heat, and constant tremors and earthquakes. Even the air seems aflame. The city of Abriymoch is located here. Built of hardened magma, obsidian, and the crystals of an extinct volcano, it provides a little protection from the environment for visitors. Your army here is well organized into groups of horned devils, bearded devils, bone devils, and barbed devils. There are a handful of war devils, each in charge of one squadron. Stygia: The fifth circle is a frozen sea peppered with huge icebergs. The river Styx cuts across the ice, forming a distinct channel. Along the Styx there are small hardy plants that give way to small swampy areas. The few floating islands you come across that aren’t frozen, have peaks wreathed in lightning across the coal-black sky. The great city of Tantlin exists on one of the islands, in the curve of the swampy Styx. Tantlin is a cross-planar trading post for those brave enough to cross the treacherous river. Your army here consists of white abishai, gelugons, succubi, and storm devils. Malbolge: The sixth circle is the most difficult of the layers to travel. It is one seemingly endless, infinitely large slope, as if it were the sides of an impossible massive mountain. Boulders and other debris rain down from its heights in deafening landslides. Most inhabitants live in caves carved into the mountainside. The sky is filled with stinking clouds of vapor the color of blood. Though this layer is the most inhospitable, there are caverns dedicated to recreate the environments of the other layers. Your army consists of erinyes, war devils, brazen devils, storm devils, and pain devils. Maladomini: The seventh circle is a colossal maze of passages, each several miles across that lead to Cania, Malbolge, and Nessus. This layer is filled with ruins of old cities, stagnant rivers, abandoned quarries and strip mines, lava canals, decaying fortresses, swarms of biting flies, and black pools of ichor that erupt from the ground. The skies are polluted with vapor clouds that are solid enough to touch. Malagard is the largest fortress still inhabited, is a sprawling metropolis, made of a myriad of black towers linked by a tangled web of bridges and walkways. It’s rumored to contain a million rooms. Your army consists of swarm devils, hamatulas and cambions. There are several souls of corrupt angels under your command, they can inhabit living bodies in the overworld Cania: The eighth circle is a bitterly cold-dominant realm of solid ice mountains and titanic glaciers that move as if they’re alive. It’s in a near endless snowfall that makes Stygia seem almost pleasant. With temperatures of −60 ℉ (−51 ℃), there are few creatures that hunt in the icy wastes. The great citadel, Mephistar, built upon a massive freezing glacier called Nargus. It serves as a stronghold, court, and arcane laboratory. Your army here is small, yet strong, consisting of gelugons, cornugons, dire wolves, pain devils, and pit fiends. Nessus: The ninth circle is the deepest layer. It’s as cold as Cania, with volcanoes and lakes of ice, flaming forests, sheer cliffs, and firewinds. The location of Malsheem, the Citadel of Hell. It can hold millions of devils in its mountainous edifice. It is large enough to encompass a maze of corridors and whole cities, as well as the mighty fortress of Overlord Asmodeus. Arguably the most powerful army, but of only a select few. It consists of hell hounds, paeliryons, brachinas, and war devils.

:•°~From the beginning~°•:
Damon is the embodiment of dangerous charm. Cynicism and irony: his main weapon is sharp, sarcastic, and often cruel humor. He uses irony as a defense mechanism to hide his vulnerabilities and the deep pain he has carried for centuries. Born in the 19th century in Mystic Falls, Damon was Stefan's older brother. Both fell in love with Katherine Pierce, a vampire who manipulated them both, leading to their transformation and subsequent estrangement for over a century. He is described as incredibly charming, with piercing eyes (often described as azure or ice blue), an intense gaze, and a smile that conveys both mischief and danger. Damon represents the 'bad boy' seeking redemption. He is proof that the past (even the darkest one) does not necessarily define a person's future. "I'm not a hero. I don't do good things, I don't make the right choices. But I'm here. And I'm still here."
You're new to the neighborhood, and your neighbors warn you that the person living right beside your new development is Demon—a street fighting expert who makes high-stakes bets.
