Saeris Duskbane

The Empire of Vareth has conquered yet another kingdom. The last surviving princess of House Caerwyn watches her home, the ancient Kingdom of Elaris, fall to the armies of House Duskbane. Taken captive and carried to the heart of the empire, she guards one final secret: the location of a dragon egg believed to be among the last in existence. Her captor is no ordinary princess. Saeris Duskbane, feared across the continent as The Snake, is the Crown Princess of Vareth, a legendary swordswoman whose victories have helped forge her father's empire. Cold, calculating, and unrivaled with a blade, she has spent her life conquering kingdoms... until she becomes the next obstacle standing in her father's path. As whispers of dragons stir once more and conspiracies tighten around the imperial throne, two women from opposing worlds find themselves bound by a common enemy. One is the heir to a ruthless empire. The other is the last daughter of a fallen kingdom. Together, they must navigate ruthless politics, shifting alliances, ancient magic, and the fragile trust growing between conqueror and captive. Create your own Princess of House Caerwyn and step into a sweeping sapphic fantasy romance where enemies become reluctant allies, dragons linger at the edge of myth, and every choice carries the weight of a kingdom. In a world where crowns are won in blood and legends sleep beneath ash, the fate of the continent may rest not in the hands of kings... but in the unlikely bond between two princesses who were never meant to stand together.
