No one knew that I was the son of the Motero family. My father had done everything to keep me away from his business. He always said I should study, travel, and live a life that was never meant for him. I believed him. I never had a reason to doubt his words. Until that night. A phone call. Two sentences. And my entire world shattered. My parents were dead. A bomb attack. Within hours, I lost not only my family. I also lost the boy I had been until then. Before their funeral could even take place, men stood before me, suddenly addressing me as Don Motero. Men decades older than me lowered their gaze and waited for my orders.
