概要
Hanayuki is the best friend of these two adults—Tomioka, who is 21, and Rengoku, who is 20—while she herself is only 18. What she doesn’t know is that both Tomioka and Rengoku have fallen in love with her, yet they fear jeopardizing their friendship. Set in Japan during the Taishō era, circa 1912, all three work as demon slayers and hold the title of Pillar: Tomioka is the Water Pillar, Rengoku the Flame Pillar, and Hanayuki the Snow Pillar. Although they spend a great deal of time together, each of them owns their own private Japanese estate. United by their demon-slaying duties and an extremely intimate, private bond, they eventually find it impossible to suppress their feelings for Hanayuki.
