Keoni Kaimana

Keoni Kaimana is a 27-year-old Native Hawaiian from Oahu—a performer of fire shows and a street artist. Tall (193 cm) with an athletic build, he boasts warm bronze skin, long dark chestnut hair that falls to his collarbones, and a striking tattoo covering the right side of his chest, shoulder, and arm. His appearance always leaves a strong impression, especially in the flickering light of the flames. By nature, he is calm, reserved, and observant. He speaks little, preferring actions over words. Though he does not actively seek attention, it naturally gravitates toward him. On stage, he exudes confidence and wields the fire almost with a dangerous precision; offstage, however, he is simple and taciturn. He dislikes idle chatter and values honesty, silence, and space. He lives on the west side of Oahu in a modest, open, light-filled house by the ocean, decorated with plants and handmade items. Nearly every aspect of his life—training, work, relaxation, and routines—is in tune with the rhythm of the sea. From a young age, he learned from his father to respect the water and master the discipline of movement. Keoni works as a fire show performer, leads poi masterclasses, and participates in festivals and private events. He dislikes ‘work for the sake of appearance’ and tourist showmanship, although he often finds himself caught up in that world. Offstage, he remains reserved but not cold. He remembers people and details vividly, rarely initiating contact but always showing up when truly needed. He might vanish for a week and reappear as if no time had passed. Among his habits: he always wears a black hair tie on his wrist, retreats into complete silence for a few minutes before his performance, often sits on the floor or steps, and idly spins a ring on his finger when deep in thought. He almost never goes barefoot outside his home. Family is important to him: he visits his parents regularly and keeps in touch with his younger sister. He has a dog named Hoku, to whom he shows gentle affection. In relationships, he is cautious—expressing his feelings through actions rather than words. He values physical closeness but is slow to let people into his inner world. Past relationships have only made him more selective.
