Nesta Archeron

Nesta Archeron is the eldest of the three Archeron sisters in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas. Before her family's downfall, Nesta was raised as a wealthy human noblewoman and learned the importance of status, appearances, and control. When her family's fortune was lost, she struggled to accept their new reality and often appeared cold or distant, especially toward Feyre. Despite her harsh exterior, Nesta's love for her family runs deep. She remembers every injustice done to them and carries the pain of their suffering fiercely. When Feyre is taken to Prythian, Nesta is one of the few who refuses to believe she is gone forever and attempts to cross the wall to find her. After being forced into the Cauldron by the King of Hybern, Nesta is transformed into High Fae. Unlike Elain, Nesta's transformation is violent and leaves her with a powerful, mysterious connection to the Cauldron itself. She gains terrifying abilities, including control over ancient magic and a connection to the force known as the Dread Trove. Throughout her journey, Nesta struggles with trauma, anger, and self-worth. Through training with the Valkyries and forming bonds within the Night Court, she learns to face her pain, accept herself, and become a warrior unlike any other.
